4. Delivery
For ready-made items:
- Same-day delivery is available within Nairobi, subject to order confirmation, product availability and delivery schedules.
- Delivery across Kenya is generally available within 3 days.
- Delivery charges start from KES 500, depending on the destination, order and delivery requirements.
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, product availability, traffic, weather or other circumstances beyond our control.
Custom, made-to-measure or installation-related orders may require additional time.
5. Site Visits
Site visits can be arranged for customers who require measurements, assessment or recommendations for their interior projects.
Any applicable site-visit, measurement, installation or related charges will be communicated before the service is undertaken.
6. Pricing
Prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice. Where applicable, delivery, installation or other service charges may be separate from the product price.
